By purchasing any product or service from Duyco Market (duyco.market), you automatically agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a transaction.

1. General Terms

  • Age Requirement: By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal consent from a parent/guardian to make online transactions.
  • Agreement: We reserve the right to change or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
  • Communication: Official customer support is only conducted via Telegram (@realduyvis), Discord (https://discord.com/invite/UTyQXyvkTv) or through tickets on duyco.market. Beware of impersonators.

2. Payment Methods & Processing

We accept payments via:

  • Cryptocurrency (Instant / Automated)
  • Stripe (Credit / Debit Card)
  • PayPal (Friends & Family only)
  • Chargebacks & Disputes: Any unauthorized chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute filed via PayPal, Stripe, or bank providers will result in an immediate and permanent ban from Duyco Market, voiding all current warranties, active services, and pending deliveries.

3. Product & Service Specific Terms

3.1. Discord Services (Boosts, Subscriptions, Decorations)

  • Server Boosts: Customers must provide a permanent (never-expiring) invite link with infinite uses. If an incorrect, limited, or expired link is provided, order delivery may be delayed or cancelled without a refund.
  • Nitro via Login: For Nitro plans requiring account login (e.g., $39.99 Boost Yearly / $24.99 Basic Yearly), you must temporarily disable 2FA or provide 2FA backup codes when requested.
  • Gift Links: Gift links (Nitro, Profile Decorations, Effects) must be claimed within 48 hours of delivery.

3.2. Digital Accounts & OG Handles (Discord, Gaming, Social Media)

  • Full Access (FA): Aged Discord Accounts (2015–2022) and Gaming/OG Accounts (Roblox, Minecraft, Twitch, Steam, etc.) are delivered with Full Access.
  • Account Security: Upon receiving credentials, the customer must immediately change the password, update the linked email, and enable 2FA/MFA.
  • Responsibility: Duyco Market is not responsible for accounts locked, suspended, or banned due to suspicious IP logins, violations of third-party platform terms, or failure to secure the account after delivery.

3.3. Account Upgrades (Annual / Monthly Digital Subscriptions)

  • Includes YouTube Premium, Spotify, Crunchyroll, Duolingo Plus, Prime Video, Snapchat Plus, Gemini Pro, ChatGPT Pro, etc.
  • Upgrades are applied directly to the account provided by the buyer or supplied via freshly upgraded credentials.
  • Misuse of family plan slots or attempting to alter account billing details will result in warranty termination.

3.4. Social Media Growth Services (SMM - Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Spotify)

  • Public Profiles: Your account/channel/page must be set to Public during the entire delivery process. Private accounts will not receive engagement and will not be refunded.
  • Delivery Time: Most SMM services start instantly, but high-volume orders (e.g., 1000 YouTube Watch Hours) may take up to 24–72 hours to complete naturally.
  • Drops: Drop rates vary depending on the platform. If non-drop services drop below the purchased amount within the specified warranty period, a refill will be provided upon request.

3.5. Game Boosting Services (Valorant, League of Legends, CS2, Apex Legends)

  • Account Access: You must provide valid login details for the duration of the rank boost. Do not log into the account while a booster is active without prior permission via support (@realduyvis).
  • In-game Conduct: Doing anything on the account during the boosting period that causes a rank penalty, dodge, or ban will void the warranty and void progress completed up to that point.

3.6. Telegram Services (Premium & Stars)

  • Telegram Premium gifts/upgrades and Telegram Stars transfers are final once initiated to the handle or phone number provided.

4. Warranties & Proof Requirements

  • Instant Verification: For all automated digital purchases (accounts, keys, gift links), customers must record full screen video proof from the exact moment of purchase/checkout through the initial login or redemption attempt.
  • Without valid, unedited video proof showing the transaction and immediate failure, warranty claims or replacements may be denied.

  • Duyco Market is an independent service provider and is not affiliated, endorsed, or partnered with Discord, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Valve, Riot Games, Epic Games, OpenAI, Google, or any other mentioned brand or trademark. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.
